Idaho Premier started in 2016, when Anthony Avalos picked up a squeegee and went to work on Boise's windows. The idea was simple. Show up when you said you would, and do the job the way you would want it done at your own house.

Windows led to the rest of the outside of the house. Customers who trusted us on a ladder started asking about the gutters, then the patio, then the Christmas lights, and we learned to do each of them properly rather than adding them to a list.

In 2026, Idaho Premier joined A-Co, a company that has been cleaning in this valley since 1949. That brought more than seventy-five years of commercial expertise to a company built on residential relationships. A-Co has the systems, the equipment and the standards that only come from decades of large-scale work. Idaho Premier has the part that matters at somebody's house, which is knowing the dog's name and calling when we are running fifteen minutes behind.

It also brought our customers something more concrete. Carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning and interior services came with A-Co, so the people who have trusted us with their windows for years can now call the same company for the inside of the house.

We are Boise people and we try to act like it. We give back to the community we work in, we partner with other local companies we trust, and when a job is not ours we will happily tell you who to call instead. Some of our best relationships are with businesses we do not compete with at all, because a valley this size works better when good companies send work to each other.

What has not changed is how the work gets done. We still clean glass with purified water instead of soap, because soap leaves a film and film collects dust. We still give you an arrival window we intend to keep. And we are still the company that texts you back the same day with a real number, instead of sending a salesperson to your living room.
