How much does window cleaning cost in Boise?
Most homes we clean around the Boise area land between $300 and $650, with a minimum job of $250 for inside & out. Where your house falls depends on how many windows there are, how many stories, whether you want screens and tracks included, and how much hard water spotting is on the glass.
We do not publish a flat rate, because two houses of the same square footage can be an hour apart in real work. A 2,400 square foot home with twelve large windows is a very different job than a 2,400 square foot home with thirty five small ones.
The fastest way to get your number is to text photos of each side of your house to 208-361-1451. We send back a real price, usually the same day.
How do I get a free quote?
Text photos of each side of your home to 208-361-1451. That is the whole process.
You do not need to be home, you do not need to book a walkthrough, and nobody comes knocking. Most quotes go back the same day and all of them inside 24 hours.
If your property is unusual, very large, or you want several services priced together, say so in the text and we will ask whatever else we need.
Why are some window cleaning quotes so much cheaper?
Usually one of three things is missing.
Workers compensation. If somebody falls off a ladder on your property and their company does not carry it, you can end up personally exposed to the medical bills. That is not a scare story, it is how liability works, and it is the real risk in taking the lowest bid.
Liability coverage. Windows break, screens tear, and old frames sometimes come apart when they are handled. An insured company replaces them. An uninsured one apologizes.
Time on the property. A price well under everyone else usually means fewer minutes at your house, and that shows up as skipped tracks, wet sills and screens that went back in dirty.
Ask any company you are considering for a certificate of insurance, including us. It takes about a minute to produce if it exists, and it is the single best question a homeowner can ask before letting somebody lean a ladder against the house. We will send ours to anyone who asks.
Do you require a deposit?
A $25 deposit holds your spot on the schedule, and it comes straight off your final bill. Jobs over $600 take 25 percent instead, and holiday lighting takes 50 percent because the materials are bought in advance.
Everything else is invoiced when the work is done. You will know exactly what is due before you commit to anything.
How do I pay, and when?
You get an invoice by email the same day we finish, and you can pay it by card straight from that email. Cash or check on site is welcome too if you would rather.
Commercial accounts can pay on completion like everyone else, or be set up on monthly billing if that is easier for your bookkeeping.
Do I need to be home?
Not for the quote, ever. For the job itself we need access to the outside of the house, and to any interior rooms you want done.
Plenty of our customers leave a gate code or a side gate unlocked and come home to finished windows. Just tell us what you would like us to do about pets and we will work around them.
